In case you are wondering who the creator of Scribal Tales
is and its rather elegant concepts, it is I, the rather larger-than-life,
clean-shaven, dashing and handsome, not to mention modest,
direct descendant of Odan the Scribe, Daniel Olarnick, C.S.R.,
an official court reporter for the Supreme Court of the State
of New York.
The charming and rather beautiful young lady seated alongside
me (see below) is Terry-Ann Volberg. The vivacious and heavenly
beauty is the stunning and charming consort of said scribe,
and herself the direct descendant of Tatiana, an immortal
being, who can best be described as a mythical femme fatale
of mystery and romance.
Tatiana is a being of indescribable beauty in her own right,
a winged, human-type female, with mystical powers, half-elf,
part-faerie, with a wee bit of vampire thrown in, just for
good measure.
Legend has it that a wizard, one who possessed some rather
evil intentions, had captured Tatiana, until Odan the Scribe
interceded, in complete violation of his sworn and sacred
scribal duty of non-interference, committing yet another
breech of his scribal obligations.
"These were circumstances beyond my control,"
he would later state, while pleading his case. "I was
forced to entomb her within this black diamond scribal crystal.
How was I to know that entombment would extinguish her natural
aging process, and preserve her youthfulness for all eternity?"
This is a long and complicated, legendary tale which will
be featured in Odan's World. Thus, because of her mystical
ancestry, Terry-Ann, is perpetually 22-28 years of age (depending
upon who is doing the viewing and under what circumstances).
Terry-Ann Volberg, CSR, is an official court reporter of
the Supreme Court of the State of New York.
So, what you have here are two mystical individuals whose
stars have joined together for a wonderful adventure in
life. As Terry-Ann asserts, "We're a Virgo-Sagittarius
couple with Leo rising."
Our preordained date of meeting was October 13, 1988. We
have been going strong ever since. Our life has been a fantasy
adventure since we have met.
We dedicate this website, which has been conceived to deliver
